Water outages expected in Moate and Ballymore area next week

Uisce Éireann has said new connection works are likely to result in water supply outages in Ballymore, Moate and surrounding areas of Westmeath early next week.

The connection works are scheduled to take place from 6am until midday on Tuesday next, July 1.

Uisce Éireann said homes and businesses in the area may be hit by supply disruption as a result.

It recommends that people "allow 3-4 hours after the estimated restoration time" for their water supply to fully return.
