Festival Mná returns to Moate’s Dún Na Sí this January
Festival Mná, Ireland’s leading women’s wellbeing festival, returns to Dún Na Sí Heritage Park on Saturday, January 3.
The festival, which was created to provide a dedicated space for women to reconnect with themselves and each other through nourishing, authentic experiences, invites women from across the country to come together in celebration of Nollaig na mBan, the traditional Irish day honouring women.
This full-day event brings thousands of women together for a powerful blend of movement, ceremony, creativity, discussion, culture, and community.
The 2026 festival will feature a wide array of events, including inspirational speakers and wellbeing workshops; yoga, breathwork and somatic movement; a cacao ceremony and Celtic-inspired rituals; creativity and empowerment zones.
Attendees can also anticipate live music, storytelling, and performance, as well as artisan markets, food vendors, and community spaces.
“Festival Mná is more than an event, it’s a return to ourselves. It’s a space where women feel supported, inspired, and celebrated. Every woman deserves a day like this," said Festival Founder Lorraine Hogan.
