Athlone library to display local school's 'Show Racism The Red Card' poetry

Athlone's Aidan Heavey Library is preparing to digitally display poems from Athlone Community College's 'Show Racism The Red Card' poetry competition.

The poems will be displayed on Thursday, May 28, as part of National Poetry Day.

The winners of the competition Shashwat Somesh, Dimercia Nyikasani and Kaci White will have their poems displayed, alongside the runners-up.
