Countdown on for SRCC annual cycle fundraiser

The countdown is on for one of South Roscommon's most popular cycling fundraiser next month.

South Roscommon Cycling Club (SRCC) will hold its annual cycle on Saturday, May 30, with all proceeds this year going to to the Mayo Roscommon Hospice Foundation.

There are two options for cyclists interested in taking part, with both the 100km and 60km cycles starting from Coláiste Chiaráin at 9.30am.

Participation registration takes place at the secondary school from 8am on Saturday morning.

Both routes will travel through different areas of Roscommon before returning to Coláiste Chiaráin.

There will be food stops and post-cycle refreshments available on the day.

Race fees are €30 for Cycling Ireland members and €40 for non-Cycling Ireland members.
