Aidan Hyland's Willow Park or St Peter's will play crack Dublin outfit Ballymun Utd in the Fifth Round of this year's FAI Junior Cup.

Willow or Peter's to face Ballymun Utd

THE winners of the upcoming FAI Junior Cup Fourth Round derby between Willow Park and St Peter's will face a stiff challenge in the next round - with highly-rated Dublin outfit Ballymun Utd awaiting in round five (the last 64). St Peter's will have bad memories of Ballymun, having lost the 2009 Junior Cup decider to them at Tolka Park. Though St Peter's will be regarded as underdogs against Willow, any meeting of these local foes is sure to be competitive and keenly-contested. Ballymun also reached the semi-finals of last year's FAI Junior Cup. Every team in this year's competition has extra incentive to reach the final, as it will be held at the AVIVA Stadium. With the Willow Park/St Peter's v Ballymun game scheduled to take place on the weekend of December 8/9, the Willow/Peter's game (called-off last weekend) will probably need to be played in the next couple of weeks. The two other Combined Counties League teams left in the competition, CK Utd and Mullingar Athletic, will face Pearse Celtic (at home) and City Utd (away) respectively. Meanwhile, Willow will also face a big test in the Leinster Junior Cup Second Round, having been drawn away to Balbriggan outfit, Glebe North.
