Having performed to over 100,000 German fans last year alone, NewC Fest’s headline act, the platinum selling Ryan Sheridan has just returned from his second sold out German headline tour. Known for his energy-driven and charismatic live shows, Ryan Sheridan is set to bring the festival atmosphere alive with hits like ‘Jigsaw’, ‘The Dreamer’ and ‘Stand Up Tall’ alongside new songs from his second album which is set for release this year. Last month Ryan Sheridan took a short break from recording his new album to fly to Braunschwieg, Germany where he performed to a sold out 6,000 strong audience accompanied by a 75 piece orchestra at 'Pop Meets Classic'.

2013 was quite the year for Ham Sandwich, they became the only band to play both Slane Castle and the Phoenix Park (by request of Mumford and Sons themselves) in the same year, while their track 'Models' was chosen as the soundtrack for Tourism Ireland's The Gathering campaign. No strangers to stately homes, they were also invited to play at Áras an Uachtaráin for the President's Garden Party. Currently hard at work with the release of their single 'Illuminate' following their sold out Olympia Theatre show, Ham Sandwich are sure to deliver an unmissable live set at NewC Fest full of self-confidence, assurance and a subtle sense of humour.

That’s not all, the two stage festival will also play host to a plethora of the best emerging talent Ireland has to offer. Having sold out Vicar Street, Keywest are on track to becoming a household name alongside the talented Big September, Tupelo, White Chalk, Children of the Son and Red Empire.

More than just a music festival, NewC Fest will also feature a comedy tent and adventurous activities for thrill seekers. For food connoisseurs, an Artisan food village with a selection of bar tents is sure to leave your taste buds tingling.

Camping will be available at the limited capacity festival from the evening of Friday 6th June to Sunday 8th June with a DJ tent to entertain revellers from Friday. Tickets for the intimate festival are priced €34.95 for students and €39.95 for adults.  Family tickets are on sale from the Newcastle House at €59.95 for 2 adults & 2 children. For 12-17 year olds, tickets cost €10 each & those under 12 accompanied by adults can go FREE.
