Athlone Town games are poised to be live-streamed outside of Ireland from next season.

The FAI has announced details of a new deal which will see every Airtricity League game live-streamed.

FAI Chief Executive John Delaney said the deal will boost the league's global reach. The deal is initially for four years.

It is sure to be welcomed by Athlone Town fans worldwide who are keen to keep up with the local team's performances.
