With sad and worrying Covid-19 news coming at us daily, this video clip is just what we need to lift our spirits.

 Staff at St Vincent's Care Centre in Athlone recently showed off some slick dance moves in a video clip designed to raise the spirits of its elderly residents while they are isolated from family and friends. 

Jenny McEntegart sent us the clip, which she shared on social media, saying she was "proud of my sister and her colleagues in St Vincent's Care Centre for putting smiles on the faces of elderly residents during this scary crisis."
