Midlands band sign 'life-changing' global record deal

Tullamore dance pop trio Chasing Abbey recently signed a significant global record deal with Spinnin’ Records and Warner Music.

Revealing the news the group said: “There are no words to express what this means to us, a life-changing and dream come true moment.

“We just want to say a massive thank you to everyone who stuck by us and never gave up on us. We also want to say a massive thank you to Spinnin’ Records and Warner Music for believing in us and giving us this opportunity.”

The Offaly band's new track Oh My Johnny (Banks of the Roses) is out today (Friday) on all streaming platforms.

The pop dance group which features Outro, Bee Fade and Teddy C first burst on the scene in 2017 when their debut song 'That Good Thing' won the Irish Song of the Year award.

The group's second track 'Talk to Me' became an official track for the Football Association of Ireland 2018 while their third single 'Choices' shot straight to number one in the charts within hours of its release.
