Seamus Coleman and Robbie Brady named in Ireland squad for World Cup playoffs

Heimir Hallgrímsson has named his squad for Ireland's World Cup playoff games, with veterans Robbie Brady and Seamus Coleman returning to the squad.
QPR midfielder Harvey Vale has gotten his first call-up to the side, with Middlesbrough midfielder Alan Browne also part of the squad.
During the press conference, Heimir Hallgrímsson said that with Liam Scale missing the Czech Republic game due to suspension, he brought in Coleman and Brady as cover.

Josh Cullen. Evan Ferguson and Mikey Johnston are all ruled out through injury.
A win in Prague next Thursday would set up a winner-takes-all final against either Denmark or North Macedonia at the Aviva Stadium.
