An Garda Síochána will have a traffic management plan in place and patrons are asked to utilise car parks in the town centre. No parking on the Circular Road but permissible at adjacent car parks. Limited parking will be available at the Golf Links Road (park facing outbound).

On the Racecourse Road/Boyle Road, parking will be available at permitted parking locations and the same will apply to the Galway Road. Gardaí have also advised that vehicles parked at Hannon's Hotel will be directed out of town via the Golf Links Road. Cars causing obstructions or parking illegally will be ticketed/towed, and Gardaí has asked the public to respect its advise and also the local residents.

Gardaí has also asked patrons to secure vehicles and keep valuables out of sight. An Garda Síochána said that large traffic volumes are expected and that delays are unavoidable.
