Exciting new cycling series to be launched in Ballinasloe

A new cycling initiative for young children will begin in Ballinasloe this Friday, May 29.

Ballinasloe Cycling Club will be hosting an eight-week fun children's cycling series, aimed at boys and girls aged between six and 12, to introduce young children to cycle sports, grass track racing and bike handling skills in a friendly, informal setting.

The series will begin on Friday, May 29 at Ballinasloe Fair Green at 6.30pm. All attending children will need to bring a functioning bike and a bicycle helmet is mandatory.

The Cycling Club said that spaces for the series are limited and pre-registration is required through WhatsApp message at 085 1124028.
