Northern Irish country singer Philomena Begley, widely regarded as "Ireland’s Queen of Country", recently joined the Sheerin Family Band for a gig in Ballymahon.

The night of music took place on Friday, June 26, in Cooney's Hotel in Ballymahon.

The popular Midlands entertainers were also joined by Cliona Hagan and Trevor Smith & Friends In Low Places, The Ultimate Garth Brooks Experience.

The Sheerin Family Band have hosted a series of gigs in Cooney's Hotel over recent the summer months, with another date set to take place on Wednesday, September 9.
