Páirc Chiaráin introduces new Samaritans helpline signage

As part of its involvement in the GAA Healthy Club initiative, Athlone GAA has installed new Samaritans signage around its base at Páirc Chiaráin.

The club said that Lynn Union and the Healthy Club committee is responsible for developing and implementing the healthy club project at Athlone GAA.

On social media, the club said that 'the signs carry a simple but important message: you do not have to face difficult times alone'.

Athlone GAA added that the Samaritans are available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, to listen without judgement or pressure.
