Officials confirmed for final between south Roscommon foes

The referee for the Roscommon Senior Football Championship final has been confirmed, with Castlerea St Kevin's clubman Dermot Lyons to take charge of the meeting between south Roscommon neighbours St Brigid's and Padraig Pearses.

The match will take place on Sunday, October 18 at King & Moffatt Dr Hyde Park (2pm).

Lyons was the man in the middle earlier this year’s for the FBD League final between Mayo and Galway, and his team of officials will be Brendan Healy, Brendan Beirne, and fourth official Tony Brennan.

St Brigid's and Padraig Pearses secured places in this year's decider with semi-final wins against Strokestown and Boyle respectively.
