The Republic of Ireland have drawn with Hungary in the opening game of their World Cup qualifying campaign.
Barnabás Varga took advantage of a mistake at the back to give the visitors an early lead after two minutes at the Aviva Stadium.
Roland Sallai scored in the 15th minute to double Hungary's lead. He was sent off in the 52nd minute.
Evan Ferguson got one back for Ireland shortly after half time in the 49th minute. Then, in the third minute of extra time, Adam Idah got an equaliser for the home side.
Ireland haven't won an opening World Cup qualifier since 2012.
Ireland's second game against Hungary will take place on November 16th.
Also in Group F, Portugal strolled to a 5-0 win away to Armenia.
