The Donnellon family won their choice of a new home at Woodberry Manor in Monksland, developed by Roscommon GAA's partner KDM Homes, or €300,000 cash.
The draw was held in the Hodson Bay Hotel, observed by RBK Accountants and broadcast live on Facebook.
There were also six consolation prizes and the winners, including a €5,000 prize which went to Ewa Lysakowska from Westmeath (ticket 111863).

WinAHomeInAthlone was the latest in a series of fundraisers undertaken by Club Rossie, the commercial and fundraising arm of Roscommon GAA following similar draws for homes in Dublin, London and Kildare.
This time around, funds raised from the draw will go towards the development of Gaelic games in County Roscommon from day to day activities such as coaching and games development to capital projects including the continued development of King and Moffatt Dr. Hyde Park and progressing the Dermot Earley Centre.
Roscommon GAA and Club Rossie are deeply grateful to everyone from Ireland and around the world who took part in the draw.
"Your support will make a very positive impact on the future of Roscommon GAA," a spokesperson said.
