Change of venue and time for Roscommon U20 fixture
A change of venue and time has been confirmed for the Roscommon Under 20 Connacht championship meeting with Sligo.
Originally fixed for Ballyforan this evening (Wednesday), the game has been moved to King & Moffatt Dr Hyde Park with a new throw-in time of 5.15pm.
Roscommon will be hoping to erase the memory of a five point loss to Galway on Wednesday last and secure a first brace of points in their second provincial championship outing.
Team manager Cian Smith has named his team for this evening's fixture with a quartet of players from clubs in the south of the county due to start the contest.
Clann na nGael's Diarmuid O'Higgins is joined by Padraig Pearses club player Keelan Kelly in defence, while Ruairí Kilcline from St Dominic's and St Brigid's representative Charlie O'Carroll from two-thirds of the full forward line.
Following this evening's fixture Roscommon travel to Castlebar on Wednesday next (April 1) to play Mayo, before completing their provincial campaign with a game against Leitrim.
