Gardai renew appeal over missing Athlone teenager

Gardaí have renewed an appeal for the public's assistance in tracing the whereabouts of Leon McGovern, 15 years, who was reported missing from Athlone since Tuesday.

Leon is described as being approximately 5 foot 7 inches in height, with light brown hair and blue eyes.

When last seen Leon was wearing a royal blue and navy tracksuit top and bottoms, black runners with a reflective patch on the heel and a black puffer jacket with a hood.

Gardaí and Leon's family are concerned for his well-being.
