Grovelands Childcare adds to its locations in Athlone

Grovelands Childcare has confirmed that it is taking over the Réalta Geal montessori preschool service in Church Hills, Coosan, Athlone, from this September.

The local childcare provider's founder and managing director, Regina Bushell, said in a social media message on Monday afternoon that her long-established business was adding to its local footprint.

"We are delighted to announce that Réalta Geal will become Grovelands Church Hills from September 2026," Ms Bushell said.

The business expansion, she added, "marks an exciting new chapter as we expand the Grovelands Childcare family" and "continue our commitment to providing exceptional early learning and care within the local community".

"I am looking forward to working with our team setting up the environments and having our doors open in September to welcome all the children back after the summer break," Ms Bushell stated.

The Grovelands Childcare founder said that families can continue to expect the "same warm, nurturing environment", with "our high-quality Early Childhood Care and Education (ECCE) pre-school programme", alongside the "introduction of a brand-new afterschool service to support local families."
