Midlands winner of €8.2m lotto jackpot

An €8.2m lotto jackpot has been won in the Midlands.

The National Lottery has confirmed the winning ticket in Saturday's draw was bought at a retail location in Offaly.

It says it will reveal the location in the coming days.

The winning numbers for Saturday’s Lotto draw were: 23, 24, 25, 42, 43, 46 and the bonus was 37. The Offaly ticket holder is the sole winner of the €8,221,849 jackpot.

The National Lottery has confirmed that the winning retail location will be announced over the coming days.

Darragh O’Dwyer, National Lottery spokesperson said:

“What a weekend it's been, a Lotto player in Offaly has officially become Ireland's newest millionaire after winning Saturday night's Lotto jackpot worth an impressive €8,221,849. We are encouraging all of our players in Offaly to carefully check their tickets today as one player now holds the title of fourth Lotto jackpot winner of 2026. If it is you, get in touch with our prize claims team as soon as possible, and in the meantime, keep that ticket somewhere safe!”

The winning ticketholder is advised to sign the back of their ticket and contact the National Lottery Prize Claims team on 1800 666 222 or email claims@lottery.ie. Arrangements will then be made for them to collect their prize at Lottery Headquarters
