Athlone singer-songwriter to release new single ‘Spellbound’ in time for Samhain

Athlone native singer-songwriter Leah Moloney, stage name Liadh, is set to release her new single 'Spellbound' just in time for Samhain.

Coming out on Friday, October 30, 'Spellbound' arrives as "the veil between our world and the Otherworld is said to grow thin, making it the perfect soundtrack for the Hallowe’en/Samhain season," Liadh said.

The song is described as a hypnotic song inspired by Emily Dickinson’s poem 'I taste a liquor never brewed' and the mythological Otherworld of Irish folklore.

Featuring haunting vocals, heavy piano and ethereal harp, the track conjures an eerie, otherworldly atmosphere.
