Connemara Pony show launched in Ballymore

The Midlands International Connemara Pony Breeders are looking forward to their seventh annual show at Annaharvey Farm, Tullamore, on Sunday next July 25th. The group welcomed Vincent Cleary MD Glenisk Organic Dairy Products as their new All Ireland Broodmare sponsor. Qualifiers have taken place all over Ireland and this unique class brings together in one ring many of Ireland's top Connemara breeding stock with their foals. Manor Connemara Ponies in Clifden have taken over as overall show sponsors. The Supreme Championship and the Open Stallion class both carry a prize fund of €500. In addition there will be 23 in-hand classes and 9 Performance Classes. The performance section features the Sarah Miller Future Performance Championship and The Connemara Hunter Performance Final Trial which, although not a qualifier, it is a warm up for the RDS Working Hunter Performance Championship at the RDS. All ridden classes are sponsored by Jim Derwin Bloodstock Agent.
