Unaccompanied learner driving illegally modified vehicle tests positive for cocaine and cannabis
An unaccompanied learner who was driving an illegally modified vehicle tested positive for cocaine and cannabis when stopped by local gardaí.
The motorist was stopped in Mullingar yesterday after they were observed driving an illegally modified car.
It transpired that not only was the unaccompanied motorist on a learner permit, they also tested positive for cocaine and cannabis.
The driver was arrested and will come before the courts shortly. Their vehicle was also impounded.

Turned out the driver was unaccompanied on a learner permit and then tested positive for both cocaine and cannabis.
