Midlands company plans to expand with 100 new jobs nationwide

An Offaly-based sales company is planning a significant expansion of its workforce in Ireland with 100 new jobs due to be created nationwide over the coming year.

GoSales Solutions, which is headquartered at the Monasterosis Business Campus on St Patrick's Street in Edenderry announced its growth plans this morning (Thursday).

The company is also planning to expand outside of Ireland, with a new office due to open in the UK in October of this year.

GoSales Solutions said the new jobs coming on stream are for "delivery van drivers, truck drivers, general operators, field sales staff, and commercial sales staff" and that they will be available "nationwide".

GoSales Solutions was founded by Dublin businessman James Kelly and was originally set up as GoSales Ireland.

The company "partners with other companies, helping them grow and develop" by offering solutions areas such as "Lead Generation, HubSpot CRM, Data Intelligence, Digital Enablement, Website Development, and Field Sales".

Founder James Kelly worked in direct sales for 30 years before deciding to set up his own business. GoSales Solutions currently employs 60 people, including sales representatives who work in locations across Ireland.

Commenting on today's announcement, Mr Kelly said: "It's important for us to protect the reputation of the companies that we partner with as we help them to grow across B2C (Business-to-Consumer) and B2B (Business-to-Business) markets, so we are mindful of this during the hiring process for any role.

"We have built a strong team at GoSales Solutions, which includes members of my family, and this has helped the company to expand to what it is today.

"When I started GoSales, we were working solely in field sales and this taught us the importance of trust. The trust helps us now as we develop as a full acquisition platform that helps other companies to develop," he added.

The recruitment campaign is expected to commence immediately, with positions becoming available on a phased basis throughout the coming year.
